I did however want to explain warranty a little bit for you. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time from the date of purchase in part based on how the product is used. Many people feel that warranty should cover anything that can go wrong, like old or bad fuel, hitting a rock with your lawn mower, or a pet chewing the tire off your mower, it does not.
Warranty is designed to protect the end user from a manufacturing defect or a workmanship error. Your local dealer will determine the failure and if it is warrantable. The likely hood is that indeed the failure is warrantable such as a carburetor adjustment with in the first 30 days of ownership. I am sure the dealer will resolve this and you will have many trouble free years with this trimmer.
