    Question:
Recently changed the oil, oil filter, air filter and plugs to start this season. Late last season, the hour meter started to flash "Oil Now" taking that to mean change the oil. Previously, I have seen a reset button or key at the oil filter to reset the hour meter - but I couldn't find anything like that to reset. I depressed the single button for awhile on the hour meter - now it seems to be doing another countdown from 50 hours (a guess) to the next oil change. Is that normal - will it always flash that sort of message - or is there something else that I need to do to complete the reset ?
    Details:

Unit is the 5426 zero turn mower

      From the owners manual>

The hour meter displays the total operating time with the blade activated.
The display on the hour meter will turn on the oil can icon after every fifty hours of use and will stay on
for two hours or until the meter is manually reset. To manually reset the timer, turn the ignition key to the
run position and then ngage and disengage the blade switch five times at one second intervals.
