Appears that you have the 093J02-0021-F1 engine.
Replacement of the carburetor would fix the fuel leak but I would first make sure you didn't bend the crankshaft when you hit that stump.
The reason of the replacement carburetor is that the repair kit cost as much as the carburetor itself.
