Question:
Yesterday I purchased a Model XT 722 FE key start mower. After reading & explicity following the instructions in the operators manual I filled it with fresh fuel. I cranked it, on & off for 5 minutes, called "customers service" & retried to start it while still on the phone with customer service. The customer service rep could not help & after asking me more questions , gave me a transfer # 930 140 74 & told me she was transfering me. After 41 minutes I hung up.
Of course I held the presence control bar down as the unit will not crank if you don't. The dealer I purchased it from is 122 miles from my home.
