Hello I just purchased an LC221A, and I cant see where to put the oil in, I checked the manuel and it was shipped with a wrong manuel, I tried using the QR code it also sends me to the same manuel I have. I can see a little icon for oil put its impossible to reach, please let know how this works so i do not blow it up.

The yellow plug (diamond shape top) in your pic is the fill plug/dip stick. It should simply pull out as it is only held in by an o-ring but you may need a pair pliers to loosen it. At least this is what has been reported to me on how to remove the oil fill plug.

Thanks but this is the most unhelpfull design, I think I am going to take it back and get a different model, I tried using plyers to pull or twist, it simply does not want to move. Its a poor design.
