Weedeater Fl1500 Blower will not start. Fuel lines were just...escalated

Question:
Weedeater Fl1500 Blower will not start. Fuel lines were just replaced- larger line with filter in tank- smaller line with check valve(?) snapped into top of tank. This blower has not run for several years. ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS?
