    Why did you change to 18.5 inch tires on the 917.28928 and thereby reduce the max cutting height?
    Details:

    This is all over the Sears forum. My 46" mower, made by you, can't cut over 3.5" high.  I have 6 settings, but can only use the top 2.  Blade deck hits the stops, there is no more adjustment.  When you changed to 18.5" tires that dramatically impacted the mower.  I'd like to see you ship 20" tires to remedy the situation for owners that are unhappy.

    When grass is long, I'm supposed to cut it twice, but I cannot since the mower can't go high enough...
