Question:
Since you cannot write Husqvarna is there any way to obtain a copy of their official notification concerning the latent defect with their riding mowers and the drive belts coming off? I see it referenced time and time again but cannot find the original notification. .
Details:
After mowing the yard with the Husqvarna YTH21K46 I found the belt would come off. I saw where Husqvarna acknowledge the problem and had issued a factory notification.
It appears Husqvarna has no plans on replying.
