String Trimmers

128 LDX string trimmer that slips at the junction in the neck resulting in the head not turning. I have taken it twice to Foreman's in Rock Hill but still have the same problem. I will probably buy a Stihl tomorrow so that I can finally trim the grass and am at the point that nothing would give me more pleasure than to beat the trimmer to smithereens with a sledge hammer. Can this neck with a junction be replaced with a solid, one piece neck?
