Question:

I have a 128CD. After starting, if I go full throttle the motor will bog down, then generally quit. It seems about any load bogs it down. I did discover that is I put the choke about half way out it run as if full throttle just fine. What might be the problem?

Carburetor fuel mixture set too idle on the high speed side of the carburetor.

  Thanks, that does sound like the problem. Interesting, I went to buy a carburetor adjustment tool and can't in a local store, something about EPA rules.
  
  Anyhow, I ordered one online.
