    Question:
I just purchased a HUV 4421 DXP and would like to get it licensed in Wisconsin. They are asking for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Standard Certification label. Does the HUV 4421 DXP have one?

HUV's have an available MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) which serves as a title for the vehicle. This title allows for ownership transfer, state registration for "off-road" use and etc.  HUV's are not designed for on-highway use, but are allowed for "farm use" privileges in certain states for on-highway travel between different land plots associated with farming. Each state varies in its rules for "farm use" machines, so be sure to speak with your local Transportation Office for further clarification.
