Question:
I purchased a awd mower last week and am trying to register online. The reason I want to register is solely to obtain the 50.00 rebate as it is a stated requirement on the rebate form. However, after i provide all of the information, (triple checked), i am told "The product registration could not be done for this product". I could mail the rebate form in however there is a box for a Dealer number and a dealer signature, both of witch i do not have, and do not want to waste a trip back to the dealer to obtain. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem here. Did you ever get this resolved? I called the support line and they were no help. They just said try again in a couple of weeks.
