    Question:
    Where are Husqvarna chainsaws made?

    Answer

    • Eugene Rounds

Until recently they all were made in Sweden but some are now made in China if my information is correct. If some knows better please chime in.

      Tina,

Yes, Eugene is correct, and Just my two cents most major chainsaw manufacturers now have factories in China, as well as their own home countries. I only mention that because I was also comparing some of the different major Chainsaw and small engine Manufacturers, and found that was true. I was also quite surprised which ones were included.

I was also surprised how many chainsaws are built almost completely from CNC and Robotic machines, including taking raw materials such as a block of aluminum or a roll of steel, then make all of the parts including all the parts, and right down to the piston rings, with very little human intervention except for maybe the engineering or the programming of the computers that run the machines.

Anyhow interresting stuff, and hope this helps

PS. I am Not a Husqvarna Representative or a Repair Center, Just an experimental chainsaw person.
