Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

Recently while using my walk behind mower (HU675AWD) the self propel mechanism stopped and one of the pulleys from underneath the drive system broke off. It doesn't self propel anymore. I bought this mower on 6/5/15 and I am trying to find out if this is covered by the warranty and where do I need to take it to fix it.
