Zero Turn Mowers

I purchased a new RZ3016 back in 2011 from Lowes and the unit cutting height use to go up around 4". It went in to the shop shortly after I got it and again recently, but the deck does not go anywhere near 4". I was looking into buying parts the other day and according to diargams that I saw it seems that some of the parts/ adjustment screws are installed upside down and brackets possible backwards. How do I get a picture of the installed rear deck lift mechanism to see if brackets and screws are right side up??
