    Question:
I have a Z246 with 5 hours on it. It stalled this morning after using it for about 5 minutes and will not restart.
    Details:

I started it this morning, got about 50 feet and it stalled.  After trouble shooting, checking air and fuel filter, ensuring battery cables were tightly connected, checking all connections, and making sure oil and gas were full, it will turn over but not restart.  Also, fuel is spraying and dripping out of the exhaust and I'm not sure if that means it is flooded.  It does not have a choke.  Any advice?

The engine is definitely flooded. As to the root cause, If carburated float needle is probably not seating properly. Depending on the engine setup it most likely does have a choke. This have also ruined the engine oil as fuel can seep into the crankcase.

So should I change the oil?  And, is that it?  Just wait on the excess fuel to dry out?

If needle isn't seating then just changing oil and waiting isn't going to resolve the problem as it will continue to leak. It needs to check out by someone that knows these systems.
