Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

My 775EX would not start a couple days ago. Oil and gas were full (gas had been in the tank for a month or so). After checking it out, a change in the spark plug had her roaring to life. I had to put it away since it rained that day and when I brought it out again, it went back to not turning on when I cranked it. Any suggestions?
