    I have a XT722FE,walk behind,self-propelled lawn mower.Can you tell me how to order parts online? I have tried on the web site, but all it gives me is a pdf file of the exploded view and parts number. But no pricing or a way to order them. Thanks

    You can find your local Husqvarna dealers for sales and service and parts as well as manuals using the link.

    Husqvarna does not sell any parts direct. You must contact your local Husqvarna Service center for any and all parts and service as well as pricing. Any Husqvarna dealer should be able to order parts as needed.

    All units are sold through either national retailers or local dealers and as such they control the retail pricing.

      You bought a Husqvarna XT722FE: Be prepared to order a lot of parts.  Mine is brand-new and already I'm shelling out hard cash for so-called "warranty" repairs.  The lawn mower has been a dude since the very first time I used it!

        Hi Barry: I purchased the XT722FE Walk-Behind. It did not work our-of-the-box. It leaked gas from the carburator, melted/destroyed the the air filter, and after running 20 minutes it would not restart. I immediately took it back for service and 7 weeks later it was returned. Claim was an external carburator linkage rod.

        It continued leaking gas and running poorly. I did internet research and found others who had Kholer engine tools (i.e., walk-behind mowers, riding mowers, tractors, etc.) were having the same issue and it was recommended to replace the carburator complete. I returned it again for service, showed the research, and suggested they do the same. Two weeks later it was returned but now a non-warranty repair and $150 service charge. Claim this time is that Kholer did not use gas resistant O rings and because I used cheap gas (Chevron 87 octane is top line gas) I caused the problem.

        I was beside myself. There are O rings that survive more harsh environments than Chevron gas. Now its my fault that Kholer engineered their engine with O rings that disolve in the gas used for their gasoline engine. Hmmm . . . whats wrong with this picture. I put up such a tizzy that a manager came to see what was happening. He agreeded to make the repair a "warranty repair" and keep the mower a few more days to check it personally. It has worked better.

        Another issue is the design of the air filter. The intake is narrow and it easily cloggs with debris after a few minutes of mowing, then the engine stalls or starts and dies. Since I know that the Kholer engine is poorly engineered, I decided to redesign the filter assembly myself to increase the size of the intake without comprmising clean air flow. I am an engineer, I can do that. So far its worked well.

        I, also, need a set of front drive wheels for the mower and also finding not it easy to purchase them locally or on the internet. I saw one comment that this mower is no longer in production. That is a concern for longevity.

        I went to Husqvarna's web site and stated my concerns for their customer feedback and they refused to post it. To me, that is a lack of integrity.
