    Question:
I have a Husqvarna 326 string trimmer.  It starts and runs fine for 15 minutes then dies.  Then I wait 5-10 minutes and it starts again and only runs for about 5 minutes then dies the it won't start again or rather I don't wait for an hour for it to cool and start again.  I have done as much research on the internet and it seems that most people state that the problem is the Coil Modulator.  Apparently with the engine gets hot it causes this part to stop sending a spark to the spark plug.

I have no idea if this is the correct fix or not but it seems a lot of people have this issue and yet I can't find anything on this website that answers this issue.  Maybe someone that has had this issues and fixed it will respond and provide the answer to the problem.  I don't want to just start replacing perfectly good parts to find the issue and the coil modulator isn't exactly cheap to just try and see if it is the problem.

I struggled with that too and searched for many mechanical options. THEN found a simple solution and I hope its yours too. Look inside the gas tank and check to see if the gas gauge and air line is angled downwards so that when you're running it air isn't getting into the line and the unit isn't "thinking" its out of gas. Seems overly simple, yes. Mine was prone to facing up, pulling in air and bogging down repeatedly. After adjusting I used it until I was happily exhausted and nearly out of gas.
