Hedge Trimmers

I'm looking to purchase a riding lawn mower and like the LGTH22V48 since it would fit my requirements just fine but the problem is I cannot get this model with a pedal operation.
Why is there now such model with otherwise the same specs??
I went to a dealer and he mentioned that he was also surprised that the model he got on display was lever operated.
If I get this model pedal operated I purchase it today. ( same Price)!
