Question:

Hi - The mulcher door on my Husquavara 55R21HVL does not seal well at all. The rear end of the mulcher door gaps open by aboug a quarter of an inch - thus allowing be to get a face full of grass and the occasional rock winged my way. I've resorted to duct taping the door closed. I've replaced the part twice and it never seals. It's as if I'm not closing or installing the door correctly.

Ross,

Without seeing the mower it is very difficult to determine what could be the problem. I would recommend having your local Husqvarna Dealer look at the machine to see what the problem might be.
