    Thanks for contacting the Answer Army to post your questions.

    We have no telephone number to request the carrying case. The unit should have had with it a postcard to fill in and mail.

    If the postcard was not packaged with the unit, please note the following information in a letter of request and mail it to:

    Poulan Pro Case Redemption, 9335 Harris Corners Pkw., Suite 500, Charlotte, NC, 28269

    Please note the Model Number of the unit, the Serial Number, The Product/SKU Number, and the Date and Place Of Purchase.

    Be sure to note your Name and Address (no P O Box please).

    Once the information noted has been received, your request will be processed.
