Equipment: HU675FE push-button electric-start mower
Question: Is 19 VDC an acceptable output voltage for charging, or will it damage my battery?
The label on the charger lists the output as 15 VDC. When the battery charger is plugged into the wall and a DVM is connected across the leads, the output measures 19 VDC.

Details:
Brand new, out of the box, never been started. I was following instructions from the operator manual to charge the battery for 24 hrs. before starting the engine for the first time, and on a whim decided to measure the output voltage because the charger label shows it is Made in China.
