Snow Blowers

isee that im not alone after the storm feb.14 2014 my worm gear sheared I have model 1830 with the 414cc snow king motor it is just over two years old I bought it at lowes and thay do not service them and if I bring it to the local dealer they tell me to bring it to somewere else for service because I did not buy it there if you look back I had the same problem with a saw I bought in 2007 that was one mouth old when it needed a piston and I ended up fixing it my self at my exspence with this being the case and if I have to fix it my self and do not get help with the part (532427147) I will spend the rest of my life sending out bad press in every place I can about Husqvarna products PLEASE HELP
