    Question:
I recently purchased the HU800BBC walk-behind mower and it seems the design or purpose of this mower is to just go forward. I get frustrated when the rear rubber deflector flap goes under when I back up or try to make a turn and it actually stops you for going in reverse. It doesn't make sense that when you need to make a turn or back up that you actually have to lift up the mower by the handle bar.

I own my landscape business and need equipment that is reliable and care-free. I'm debating if I should return the mower and look into something else.

I hope you have a solution to my problem.

    Thanks.

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

Please contact your local authorized service center. This doesn't sound right and I would want a dealer to look at the safety flap.

I checked the part number and this has been used about 2 years with no complaints.

You can find your local Husqvarna dealers for sales and service and parts as well as manuals using the link.
