Snow Blowers

I bought a Husqvarna ST224P via Amazon last year...but didn't ever use it last season. So, it's sat, unstarted/or tested for a year...now I tried it today (also had a neighbor stop by who owns a snow blower too...) - and we could not get it to start (even with the electric starter. It's too big to just "put in the car" so, what are my options? Is there a support line/help I can get? I also looked for the manual - there's a part manual, but not an operator manual. I'd like to check that...maybe I'm missing a step?
