I purchased a yth21k46 on May 30th. No warranty info was given to me. I have received no reply from Husqvarna after 3 emails and Lowes dosen't seem to care. What is the warranty for this machine and is the Kohler engine under the same warranty or is it 3 years?

Thank you for contacting Answer Army. The Warranty Statement should be in the Owner's Manual for reference but to answer your question the following time frames exist for your tractor.
3 Year Warranty - parts and labor
5 Year Warranty - frame, chassis, and front axle
2 Year Warranty - engine
All warranties begin on the date of purchase and be sure to register your product! Thank you again for your question.

i'm a little upset with husqvarna company, when i bought a john deere rider they sent me a free hat ./////// but nothing from this company ....so what's up with that ???????????

I've been trying to answer the same question (also a Lowe's purchase with NOTHING in the manual)and have gotten quite frustrated. Mine is about a year older (May, 2009) and I've tried calling the 1-800 number (the call goes to a busy signal when you enter the requested information), I tried calling the listed local dealer (who refuses to service the unit unless they sold it) and I've waded through this entire website several times. Frankly, at this point I would be extremely hesitant to purchase another Husquvarna product or to recommend one to my friends. Hope the results here are better.
