    I recentely purchased (May 26th 2014) the HU800AWD which was $499. On my second use of the mower I noticed the engine cowling was loose because it was missing one of the engine cowling screws. When I called customer service to get a replacement the representative said she could not provide me the replacement screw because it was more than 30 days since I purchased the mower and I would have to take it to an authorized service center. I asked her why couldn't she just send me the screw and she said it was their policy. I could not beleive that I would be forced to haul my mower 20 miles in my car for a $.50 screw that I could easily install myself. When I asked to talk to her supervisor she refused and stated again that it was their policy. Understandbly I was very upset and extremely upset that my $499 mower is missing a $.50 screw and I can not be helped. What can you do to help? If I can't get the screw I need I will return it to Lowes where I bought it and never buy another. I am so upset I will tell all of my neighbors and co-workers my experience with this insane policy. Please help!!!
