Can't answer exactly where it is but it should be on the right side of the inside operator station. It should be the wire running off the main solenoid post that goes to the battery and the ignition switch. Either a 16 or 18 gauge red wire.
I just replaced my 20 amp fuse on my YTH24K48. Owners manual was no help. I traced the small red wire from the solenoid; it disappeared into a black plastic tube along with several other wires. The tube/wires go down into the chassis near the battery compartment and travel down to the starter. I had to remove the plastic side cover to see it, but the red wire emerges from the tube and loops into a black fuse holder near the starter. The yellow fuse is clearly visible although mine was covered in crud. My fuse was held in place by a zip tie and I just moved the tie over and pulled the fuse. it was clearly blown. The replacement fuse cost about one dollar.
