    Question:
    I just received my new XT722FE. I have tried charging the battery first for 24 hours and then I left it for 48+ hours. The key, when turned, does nothing. It appears that the charger, battery or starter is not working. What steps can be performed by a reasonably knowledgeable owner to determine what part/parts are failing. Can the wall unit be tested? Can the battery be removed without voiding the warranty? I have started the unit manually and it worked very well and continues to start using this method.

      Dear, Mike.

      I'm going to recommend you call the dealer where you purchased the unit immediately, being a brand new unit you should receive the highest level of service satisfaction. please have the dealer contact our Technical Services department so we can assist in this matter.

      your mower comes with a 2 year warranty. I hope this will be helpful.

      My mower did the same thing. key wont do anything.How do I start it with just pull rope? How do I tell if the charger is working. My mower is 2-3 years old.
