Question:

I recently purchased a Rancher 460 Chainsaw and fuel for the extended warranty. I am attempting to register online but when I enter the model number and click search, a little wheel appears under the entry and continuously spins like it is thinking but nothing ever populates. I have refreshed and retried many times in both Internet Explorer and Chrome. Is there another way to register and still get the extended warranty?

No problem pulling the list up here with FF or IE but of course I just enter 460 and select the 460 Rancher.
