    Question:
I live at about 6000 feet and bought another brand of snow blower last year that will not run at this altitude. The carburetor is not adjustable so we cannot get it set up correctly. Does anyone know if the ST224 has an adjustable carburetor? I don't want to buy another useless snow blower.

      Don't blame you either.

The ST224 comes with the LCT PW2HK18650178E engine which has a non-adjustable carburetor. It does not appear to have high altitude jets available either.

Boy the EPA requirements is messing everything up. Engines don't run correctly anymore on other equipment without surging either.
