    Question:
This is for a 223L trimmer. Past the run in period. Your manual shows a flat screw driver adjusting the carburetor, however my adjusters look like they take a tiny nut driver. Am I missing something? Trimmer is difficult to start, then acts starved for fuel. Why does your phone number not work?

    Thanks,

    Robert

If so then they are the new 4mm hex adjustment screws. It will take a thin wall version to get in there. I just ran into these a couple weeks ago myself on new Stihl replacement carburetor and had to order the tool to adjust them but a 4 mm deep well can be ground down to fit.
