Snow Blowers

I have a ST 224 Snow Blower. I used it all last year with no problems. This year I go to start it and it will not run. When I use the electric start the engine will make noises and the headlights turn on but it will not stay running. If I use the pull start nothing happens. I have replaced the spark plug this year.
