    I just purchased a 128LD trimmer and your web-site does not work. I get a message that says something like "an error occurred:null" Is there another way to register my trimmer?

      Same exact problem here as well.  Tried registering from 2 different machines just to make sure it wasn't a setting on the computer. 

      Customer Support is 1-800-487-5951

      Hours are M - F 8am to 8pm

      I'm going to try that route on Monday.  Good luck and keep everyone posted.
