    Why can i not register my saw? Getting, "An error occurred while saving: null" No contact info available anywhere on site. WTF?

      I have the issue too. Can't register my 550Xp and 562Xp

      This is my first Husqvarna purchase, all my previous has been Stihl, and being this is my first experience with the company... this makes them look pretty bad. No customer service contact info easily accessed, no response on forums, the product registration page has been broken for a while now.... if I didn't know any better, this feels like the service of a shady small company about to go out of business. Now I'm fearful of actually having a warranty claim.

      I have been trying to register my husbands new chain saw .. We bought the gas mix to double  the warranty. The error message is null and quite irritating now that I see this has been an ongoing issue with Husqvarna! with no fix! I called and the customer support said there computers were down. Apparently for a week now... Obv she lied to get me off the phone.. Now I wish I would have seen this before we purchased from a company who has ZERO customer help!

      I can not for the life of me remember where I finally located a telephone number to call... I have been all over this site again to no avail.. very poor Husqvarna.. that tells me you don't want to hear from your customers.. again, apparent as you also don't respond to any complaints or questions on the forum..

      I had been getting this same error msg since February 19, 2017 and had re-tried many times to see if it was ever corrected.  I had also tried 3 different browsers and both PC and smartphone to ensure that it was not just a compatibility issue with a particular browser.

      So today March 13th upon trying, it actually worked !!!  

      It told me that registration was completed and that I'll be receiving a confirmation email shortly.  So apparently whatever bug they had introduced prior to Feb 2 (the oldest date I saw on-line that people have complained about) has finally been corrected.

      So if you haven't tried again recently, give it a try now.

        Thanks for the update. I tried in Google Chrome and got the following error:

        "The following parameters are needed in the URL to be able to show this page: Company code, language and brand.
        URL example: pr_cons_onestep.xhtml?company=EMT&language=06&brand=HQ"

        However, I tried in Internet Explorer and was able to submit the registration and as you mentioned, it said I would receive a confirmation e-mail shortly.
