    Question:
HU 775H - How do I replace the front wheel drive cable, that recently broke off? How do I replace the drive belt, that is worn?
    Details:

Been to all the sites including Husquvarna and no service manuals or owners manual show either the parts and / or  how to install a replacement cable...which I already have??  Also want to replace the drive belt... also no info available on how to replace.   Need asap, as grass is over due to mow now!   Thanks!

Let's see we can the right IPL (parts list) first. Do you have the product number? As all I find for the 775H is a rear wheel drive. Now there a 775AWD that is all wheel drive that would have front and rear wheel drive.

6 years ago, the AWD predecessor was the HU 775H was just front wheel...  apparently now AWD...  totally frustrated that no one at Husqvarna can provide instructions on how to do a maintenance item for replacing the belt or installing the drive cable.  The PDF Owners Manual does not show either parts, but calling Customer Service twice got the right parts...I hope!  Was told installation instructing come with parts.... NOT TRUE!!  Still stuck!!  Here are the part numbers....

        1 of 532421527 - Husqvarna Power Equipment - Belt, Drive     @$16.69ea.

        1 of 532431650 - Husqvarna Power Equipment - CABLE.CONTROL.22RGD.GEN2 ***    @$34.20ea.

        Subtotal: $50.89

You would need to remove the rear baffle, the blade, and cover behind the balde to access the belt. As for the dual handle control carefully open it up and take a picture of how it assemble prior to disassembly. Using picture taken re-assemble the cable control. The end at the mower is release using a pair pliers to pinch the two plastic clips.

If you don't mind post this picture so I can have it for future reference myself as I haven't the insides one these either but I have have seen several requests here for the info.

Sorry I can't be of much further help as I said I haven't seen one these in my shop yet.
