Question:
I tried to register my 440 chainsaw using chrome and explorer and have not had any success. It states product mandatory. I've entered and exhausted the possible names of the chainsaw and still nothing. Please help. Thanks.

I just tried Firefox and Internet Explorer 11 and both seems to work though did the rest of the info.
Just enter 440 and the Blue search word button to the right and select either 440 or 440E.
To upload a copy the receipt there a similar Blue word button to click.
Now you system maybe setup different and these Blue word buttons here maybe of a different color.

Just to follow up with Eugene's suggestion, If there is a drop down box, you must select your Input from the drop down choices.
If you type the Info into the box, without using the drop down choice box, then the registration will not work.
