String Trimmers

I have a small landscape business and run Husqvarna zero turn mowers exclusively and am very happy. I recently purchased a new mower that came packaged with a 322L trimmer that I really want to like but cannot get it to run right. 5 minute warm up at idle before it will take any throttle and then under load it wants to bog and die. 50:1 fuel/oil mix, 4200ft. elevation, 2 uses at my personal residence, problem right out of the box. I was hoping to convert the handheld fleet over to Husqvarnas but not impressed at this juncture. Any advice?
