    Question:
    I purchased a walk behind lawn mower from Lowes about 30 days ago. I paid almost $400 for it. I do not have the model number because I am out of town. I do not like the mower because of the location of the oil opening, the handle is not the right heighth. I want to know that I can return to lowes and exchange it. It is not what was represented to me at the purchase. I will send model later but I need an answer about exchanging. thanks Harold

      This something that you would need to take with Lowe's as they help their exchange policy.

      From personal experience a lot equipment is not design with 6' or greater persons in mind. They going what they think is an average height. It took several years to find a older brushcutter/trimmer that I could operate with causing a lot back pain as got lower back problems myself and I am only 6' barefoot.
