I had the same problem too! I'm trying to register my Husqvarna Honda-Powered lawnmower to get the $50 rebate. My model /  product number is HU700H / 9614500-23. My solution is to register the only product/model that will work for now, I'll have to call support Monday and try to have someone fix it... so after you fill out all your other information, under the "Product Number" field is the Search button, click on it, a product number search box opens up, in the next product number field type in only the first part of the product no "9614500" then click on the search button; you will get 26 product selection, but only one will have a model number next to it "HU700F", that's the one you can select that will work. Then you will be able to Submit your registration, you will get a confirmation email, and like me later will have to call someone to correct your registration with the right product/model number... if you can get a hold of somebody off course.
