Question:
I just bought a 128LD trimmer, and am trying to register online in order to get the extended 4 year warranty. However, despite several tries on multiple browsers the process keeps telling me the "The product no. doesn´t exist" even though the lookup finds the product number (albeit with no corresponding model number). If I try to register with the typed in product number it says "product number is mandatory". What gives? I have to register online to get the extended warranty!

I bought a mower 5/17/17 and can't register for the $50 rebate. What do I do? I get the same reply as Charles Sterling did.

What I ended up having to do was calling the support number listed below and have the customer service representative start the registration process. He was very nice and helpful, said Husqvarna has been having system issues. You'll need a photo or scan of your receipt, the rep will ask you to e-mail that to them along with the model number, product number, serial number, date and place of purchase, and your contact information. After they finish your registration you are supposed to get a confirmation number back by e-mail.

I found the number to call and get the product registered. They are aware of the glitch in their system and are taking registrations by phone.
