Question:

I bought a Z246 in March for my new law business. It has worked great but a spindle broke last week and I got a new one and installed it and when I tried to use it today the belt started smoking. Like the pulley wasn't turning and the belt was rubbing against the pulley without the pulley turning. How do I fix this?

Double check your belt routing. I have seen where belt falls off one of the pulleys during the installation of the belt. IF this happen then you will probably new during to heat damage during that smoking time.

  Thanks for your reply! I ended up figuring out what was wrong. I put a washer in the wrong place when I put the guide pulley back on. Fixed it and now it works great!
