Walk Behind Lawn Mowers

I have a HU675AWD model walk behind mower. The grass catch bag on one side has double fabric which catches grass and dust in between the fabric. No clue why they doubled the fabric on one side. I called Customer Service, she said she could not replace the bag and said just return the mower where you purchased it. I took it back to Lowes and the guy said they can't just replace the catch bag, so to get it replaced I had to have them send it to the repair center in Atlanta from Alabama. So I went to pick it up a week later, it came back with the same bag on it, WOW shocking (not really!!), even though the service ticket explained the problem. But it did come back with scratches on the top, lovely. So the guy at Lowes went and took a bag from another mower which was the same bag I had. Needless to say, the same issue occurred, the double side full of dust and grass again. I removed it from the metal frame and there is no way to get the stuff out, so I guess I will just cut the inside second layer of fabric. I emailed Husqvarna and after a month NO RESPONSE from Customer Service. I only used the mower 6 times when this started happening, and about 6 more uses the front wheel disengages while mowing and grass is spewing out the top of the grass catcher are right towards my face. I would never buy this brand again, horrible customer service on a new mower and too many issues with a new mower. Yes I am thinking of returning it before the one year is up.
