I bought a RZ5424 mower a couple of weeks ago after 6 hrs mowing time the throttle will no longer stay at high speed. I slide it to high and less than a minute it slips back to about half throttle. Is there some thing I can do I hate to be with out it for service at a dealer.

It is upsetting that you have had this experience.
The throttle control is not adjustable, and will need to be replaced to correct the problem described. Your local dealer should be able to do this for you under warranty. To find your local authorized Husqvarna dealer please use the dealer locator on the website: http://www.husqvarna.com
