I am looking for a replacement wrap around front handle for a Poulan Pro 50cc PP5020AV. Everything I have checked says they are discontinued. Anyone know where I can get one. or if the part has been replaced with something else?

If so it is still available under part number 578034501. Go through a place like jackssmallengines.com if you want a reasonable price.
