My YTH24K48 has been making squeaking sound (possibly from the front end) that will not stop. It squeaks (louder than any hearing protection can block out) regardless if the deck is engaged or not and only stops when turning right. Unless I am making a right turn, it is deafening! I see a lot of similar issues that have gone unanswered and would love to get this figured out.

Did you receive a response to your post? I have the same issue with the same mower. I also starting hearing the loud squeaking after only a dozen hours. The noise gets louder as the tractor heats up from use. I think the front wheel bearing grease thins out when hot.

Not a word from Husqvarna... I had heard many stories of how poor their customer service is but this is my first time experiencing their lack of concern. I had also wondered if some fresh grease is all it needs, but I haven't tried anything yet in hopes that I would hear back from them...

Aaron, I greased the front spindles and front wheel bearings with a grease gun and a high quality NLGI 2 Lithium based grease. This seems to have helped with the squeaking on the front end of my tractor. Now I need to figure out how to grease/lube the rear.

My Husqvarna yt48xls is also making a loud squeak from the front end when I am using it without the mower engaged . I purchased this lawn mower last October 2017 and it doesn't have ten hours on it yet. I just sent it in to the dealer to have it looked at.
