Question:

I am unable to register my Rancher 450. The only error code I get is product is not found. Yet I am using the right product # of 967166101. I have tried it in capital letters, lower case, using just number(450), using 450 Rancher, and tons of other variations. Please advise.

I am having the exact same problem. Product number in numerous formats is unrecognized.
