Question:
I purchased a z254 zero turn May 2016.Other than blades wearing out no complaints.Last week I was mowing and the mower stopped pulling runs fine will not pull.Any ideas where I should start looking is it a belt stretched maybe or something else I need to look at is there a place to check the hydrostat fluid?

It would be rare that both hydros would at the same time except when lose a drive drive, idler pulley, or spring tension on the idler. The belt is a 1/2 x 56-1/2 so not something you normally pickup at your local auto parts store. Idler puleys can fail by their bearing to go bad.
As far as the hydros they are usually sealed units so no what the enduser can check them. The time normally that fluid is needed is during repairs.
