    Question:
Height adjustment for a YTH22V46XLS tractor: I live in the south were we typically cut the grass at 3.5” during the summer months. With my newly purchased tractor I soon realized that even at the highest “attachment lift lever” placement, which is 3.5 for this tractor, it wasn’t going to be high enough for the upcoming summer season. Is there any way to adjust or raise the deck, so that the 3.5 setting (3.5” above ground) would simulate a higher number (i.e. 4.0 or 4.5) Thanks for your help,
    Rich

Thank you for contacting Answer Army.

You can find your local Husqvarna dealers for sales and service and parts as well as manuals using the link.

Your local dealer is your best and fastest source of information.

Husqvarna does not sell any parts direct. You must contact your local Husqvarna Service center for any and all parts and service as well as pricing. Any Husqvarna dealer should be able to order parts as needed.

There are no provisions that would allow the deck height to change in relation to the lift lever.

       I have the same problem.

The mower deck on our YTH2454 lawn tractor cannot be raised more than 1 and  ½ inches above the dirt.  This is Ok for level ground, however, does not work on other parts of the yard.  Certainly this was not how a lawn tractor was engineered.  The local dealer says that is the best clearance and we should live with it.

So far the answer is "no answer, live with it"  the "tractor" was designed to cut under 3 inches of lawn very low on flat land.
